DVC Annual Passes before price goes up!

So, prices are going up $21 a person tomorrow according to MS and several other threads going around. I am trying to figure out how I can go buy our annual passes for our September trip using our DVC discount. Can I just go to a Disney Store and buy them there? Or can I only get the DVC discount IN Disney World?

You're a little late to avoid the increase since it just went into effect on Sunday, August 3, 2008.

If you buy now though, you'll beat the next increase!

While you haven't avoided the price increase, here's how to order your APs. Visit the DVC member website and find the section (under Perks) that details the pass discount. There is a link there to the Walt Disney World Online Ticket Store. Click on that and you'll see the options for purchasing either APs or PAPs online. I just did it and had my AP vouchers within 3 days. You can also purchase them at WDW but I do not believe they are available at the Disney Stores.

You can also just call MS and do it over the phone with a credit card. It was fast and easy.

I really miss the wagon. Ours expire on Aug. 16th and we just returned on Aug. 2nd. We were there 14 nights so NO DIS BOARDS reminding me. I could have renewed there.

Thanks for the great tips on getting those vouchers! My daughter turned 3 today, actually, (YAYA! Happy Birthday!!) and while my husband and I have our annual passes, she is going to need one for our September trip. We usually just buy them there in Disney World. If only I had known to call member services this weekend.

This is why I started taking my laptop on vacation. There is so much going on at WDW and breaking news and everyone that works there does not know anything about it or wont tell you if they did!

NYE events are really crazy. Each park has different offerings and events and the park hours are changing etc.

I know some people dont like taking a computer, but it has been really helpful with our vacations and saves time.
