DVC and what renters should know

I need help with making up a list of what my friend, who is renting my points for BCV should be aware of cuz they are staying in a studio at BCV rather than a regular disney hotel. I thought I should make this list when I received the confirmation today and list when trash/towel service was. I thought oh yeah they probably won't remember that no one will come in and make their beds everyday

Check the rental board - it has a sticky that explains the differences between renting points and having a cash reservation.
