DVC and Estate Planning

my dm passed away very suddenly this summer. dd & dm have a membership in DVC. I am currently trying to get info to add myself as associate member. dh & I have a membership and one day mom & dad had talked about selling their membership to all of kids (there are 5 of us). dd has now asked me to help set up one more big vacation with 19 of us using his points. my ds is excited but I have not talked to dbs. I hope I can get this set up. dsibs families do not take kids out of school for vacations--2 teachers--but dd wants to go during xmas time. I know I am rambling--sorry. we have talked with the financial advisor & I hope we can get this all sorted out. we'll have to see about the vacation--aiming for december 2008.
