If I stay with on my points in Sept. will i still be eligible to book a bounceback offer for the moderates for a future trip?

Yes I have done this. Just call x8844 from your dvc room, have your dvc reservation number available, the new dates for your next trip, and then CRO will tell you what is available for your dates.

Yes and you can book up to 3 rooms!
