This is my first time doing this, so when I check in at bell services, will the package be in my name?

yes, the tree box will be address to Disney Saratoga Spring & Spa in c/o
your name and arrival date.
you are also on the tree list on the outside of the tree box with your dates, before returning the tree please cross off your name on all four sides of the tree box.

Hey all

We got our tree up and will post pics soon. Saw Elf Jim today near the quiet pool and had great conversation with him. We exchanged gifts. He is such a wonderful guy. If you ever have the chance to meet him, you will be forever blessed by his friendship.

Liferbabe's tree is all setup in room 5405 in AKV Jambo!!! It is awesome!!! Thank you soooo much for doing this! We will post some pictures when we get a sec.

Just to let everone know there was a $10 charge for the tree from the mail room. I will leave the tree will bell storage and that shouldn't happen every time someone else picks it up. Has any of the other BCV trees experienced that? Just in case heads up.

We had a BCV tree last year, and at first they were going to charge us $10, but in the end we weren't charged the fee, and the deliverer wouldn't accept a tip for bringing it. I wonder what it is about BCV.

It's been too long since DH and I have stayed at VWL...we cannot wait to be there. DH and I enjoy pecans lots...DH's specialty is making pecan pancakes! Magical Who has friends for life!

Sorry this took so long, here is a picture of AKV Tree #2. The tree is awesome as well are all of the other things that Liferbabe packing in with it. Thank you so so so so so so much!!! BTW there are some other things that Liferbabe provided to add to the tree. We loved it as it was but photos from follow on folks may show it even more beautiful!

This is our first stay as DVC members and we are loving it. We were hoping the crowds would be a little lower but we are here until Friday so maybe it will slow down. We are going to MVMCP tonight, hope it is fun!!!

Hi there, thanks for the info. I am actually very interested in this thread as I am going to decorate with lights! I cannot find the thread though..UGH! If you could paste the link I would be eternally grateful.

Once you open the thread, click on the address (in address bar) then post a message here. Then click on the little icon with the planet and the little link under it (underneath the smilie face when typing a reply). When you click on that, it will ask you for the location, paste the copied address there and reply..voila! Thanks much!

I actually included a string of outdoor christmas lights and an outdoor extension cord in with 'our' tree. Dont know if that helps or not, but you should have at least some outdoor lights to play with!
