this was my last year BCV tree pic. I am not sending a BCV tree this year so i will transform this tree into the BLT tree this weekend. I do need some suggestions on the colors for BLT since i have not been there yet.

We loved having that BCV tree last year, wdwstar, it was just perfect for the Beach Club. I haven't been to BLT, so can't help you there.

I will head out today and start collecting the decorations for the new BLT tree.

We're in Rockland county on the Hudson - so it's really not "that" upstate. I use to pass Liberty on my way to college at SUNY Binghamton so I know where that is. Have you been to the new Disney Dreams place at the Roosevelt Field Mall yet since you guys are in LI? Should I schlep down to see it?

While I can't help you out on colors as I haven't been there yet, the BCV tree was themed perfectly.

Hi Star!! For BLT I think Silvers and Blues with some Lime, Chocolates and Browns thrown in.

There's plenty of orange, creams, and yellows too!

I will be dusting off the Tree this weekend too!

ok that BCV tree puts mine to shame. I have been secretly working on mine since my family doesn't know I am doing this! Wait, I think I told DH, but he probably forgot by now. Sorry it is not "themed" to OKW but it is really hard to find beachy type decorations in my small town here in Iowa!! Hope this is ok......

WDWSTAR - Are you going to post more specific directions for us swappers? I have never done a swap b4 and just want to make sure I do everything right. How much do we contribute for the shipping? Is the envelope safe in the box? We have 2 weeks to go. Can you tell I am getting excited?

In the next few days i will not take anymore names for the tree lists. Almost everyone has confirmed their dates, I have a few that have not. If I dont hear from them in a few days i will be force to remove them from the tree lists. I am very sorry that I will have to do that, but bell service needs to see your name on the tree box and if I dont have your name I cant put it on the tree box. I have pmed all those that have not confirm.

Please take note for those that have not shared our trees in the past years:

You will pick the tree up from Bell service on the day you are listed on page one. ( I did my best to fit as many families on the list and tried to give everyone their dates, please check your dates, I did modifiy a few dates.

You will drop the tree off by 11am on the date you are listed on the tree list.

Please retape the tree box ( tape, scissors, marker inside the box) cross off your name on the outside of the tree box for the next family's name to appear.

Please make a donation inside the tree box, there will be an envelope to help with the shipping.

iF YOU ARE THE LAST FAMILY ON THE TREE LIST, YOU NEED TO TAKE THE DONATIONS AND USE THE MONEY TO SHIP THE TREE BACK TO THE OWNER. I have listed the closest FEDEX places on the page before this page. Or you can ask at the front desk about shipping a box back home. This is very easy to ship the box back, some people may include a prepaid return label, if they do please leave the donations inside the box.

As a family who has enjoyed sharing trees for several years, I wanted to stressed this very important step. We have been the 3rd or 4th family to have shared a tree in the past and found the contributions envelope empty when we receive the tree. Many very generous people have spent a lot of time and money to make our holiday stays at WDW a little merrier and the least we can do is help them cover their expenses.
