I replied to a couple PM to confirm my full name and dates for the Boardwalk tree. Need anything else from me? Boy, I can hardly wait...this will be our first year spending it in Disney World.

as of now i flipped flopped two families from AKL tree #1 to #4. I still need a few people to confirm and let us know which building. I think what is going to happen is two trees will have to be dropped off at Kidani Village after the last family that is staying at the Jambo House.

I'm so excited about doing this! I'm a little clueless though - we are on the SSR list. Will I find out the real name of the person who gets the tree after me? Do we pass it on undecorated or decorated? I can't wait!!!!

There should be a list of everyone's real name plus reservation dates taped to the oustide of the tree box. Typically, the box(es) will include a dissassembled tree plus decorations. When you check out, pack everything up just as you received it, mark out your name on the list on the outside of the box, and leave it for the next family at Bell Services.

Please dont forget if you are the last family on the tree list, you will need to take the money out of the tree box (from donations) and use it to ship the tree back to the owner. you can use fedex or ask at the front desk, about shipping a box. i will post addresses for fedex, and direct you to disney business convention centers.

Us too! We usually decorate for Christmas the weekend after Thanksgiving, but this year we'll be at Disney that week! My DDs and I were just discussing this morning the fact that we'll have decorate the weekend the before Thanksgiving.

Leaving for Disney in 22 days and can't wait!

Thanks so much for organizing this again. My two grandchildren are preschool/toddlers and will be so excited. They still get the WOW in every little thing. DH will grumble until he sees their faces light up!!! LOL

Count us in. The whole house will be decorated on the weekend before Thanksgiving. But we won't light everything up at night until Thanksgiving.
