Looking at a resort map of the AKL where are the rooms at being renovated for this years DVC rooms (1 bedroom)?

Most of the rooms on the fifth floor and sixth floor are being converted to DVC villas. Nobody knows yet how the different villa types (studios, 1BRs, 2BRs) will be laid out within those floors so it's not possible to say at this time where the 1BR villas will be located. We haven't even seen any floorplans yet.
