Well it doesn’t like you either! The most disliked is surprising BC--maybe having a picture fall of the wall and hit you in the head leaves a bad impression.
I want a DISNEY room. Go hard or go home.
Like a deluxe version of Pop Century and Art of Animation on steroids.!!I have never understood why they don't pick one of the DVC resorts and reimagine it to go totally, all out, in-your-face with classic Disney IP. Like, shamelessly. Or build a new one -- I guess there would be a lot of complication and controversy in reimagining a DVC resort, especially if the intended effect is to make it more popular and more heavily trafficked.
In any event, it seems like there is a large contingent of DVC members who yearn for a place like this at WDW.
That's what Tokyo Disney is for. Sure, it's not DVC, but it's out there.I have never understood why they don't pick one of the DVC resorts and reimagine it to go totally, all out, in-your-face with classic Disney IP. Their website for hotel/ticket/dining reservations is so awful that it makes WDW's site look like a functioning website.Lol, I tried looking into Tokyo Disney once and got so confused by the website that I gave up. And this is coming from someone who has zero problem navigating the complexities of WDW.

I totally understand those who do not like BLT because of lack of themeing. The biggest selling point in real estate is location, location, location. BLT has 2 bathrooms in a 1 bedroom suite. With a family of 5 trying to get going in the morning, that is a game saver. With children under 8 years old, leaving MK with a 5 min walk to your room is priceless. The positives in my mind far out weigh the negatives. Just my opinion, but this is why BLT is my favorite. My confession - I love heavily themed resorts and rooms. I know it can be downright tacky but I just can't help myself. DVC is headed away from that and is favoring more neutral and classic designs but it's just boring to me. I want a DISNEY room. Go hard or go home. If RIV had a castle bed or BWV had an actual carnival/circus theme, or BLT had ANY theme I would probably throw money at them - but instead I can't get over how boring they are. I love AKV, PVB and even GFV, at least they keep you in the "bubble".
Pardon me kind sir, but does this bed come in king size?![]()
The US market isn't into that. Heck, people get upset about Disney IP in Disney parks. So imagineering caters to 'location' as a theme rather than style.I have never understood why they don't pick one of the DVC resorts and reimagine it to go totally, all out, in-your-face with classic Disney IP. This is a Safe Space.I walked a reservation once.We REALLY wanted a Boardwalk view for the first time, we stalked it, it was available, and I did what I did. I'm not proud, but it's cathartic getting it off my chest!
Shame away.
We went to HHI just because we had a vacation around the area a couple of years ago in June. We LOVED it.I'm not sure I ever want to go to HH or VB.
Website is CONFUSING but the ticket prices are great and Disney Sea became our favorite park after visiting this Summer. We did not stay on site because of the cost (and the confusing website) but we stayed along their monorail loop at a Hilton. The hotel room itself was nothing to write home about (dated and not pretty carpet) but the bay view and the hotel itself and room size were fine.Lol, I tried looking into Tokyo Disney once and got so confused by the website that I gave up.
