Can they still store cold food until room is ready?

I will say though I have heard bad things at times about how well the front desk keeps things cold so I just scheduled our grocery delivery in the evening. Additionally we had planned on having soft sided coolers in our bags so worst case we could put the frozen/cold stuff in those and they would keep 2-3 hours if needed.

In Jan of this year they did store cold items for us. We had no issues.

We had food stored in May at AK Jambo house. The only problem we encountered was the lack of bellhops. Our adult sons went down and were able to retrieve our food, luggage and cribs that had been delivered. I had read that there weren't as many bellhops so we were not surprised. We stayed one night at OKW and bell services appeared to be fully staffed and they were wonderful.

A family member recently stayed at BLT with a room switch to BWV. He used the cold storage option and it worked fine for the most part. (The only casulty was a container of ice cream).
