Okay, so I have a delimma.













We were hoping on going to Disney on the week of Thanksgiving. That was before the state decided we couldn't go to school until after a certain day and all the holiday dates had to be changed. Well, my mom and dad just found out the school calander and unlike past years we don't have a week off for Thanksgiving. We have the Wednesday before, Thursday, and the Friday after, so our vacation is still possible. When my mom and dad told me that, they also said it was my choice if we went or not. If I chose to go, no braces. But if I don't choose to go, braces. If I don't do the braces this year, I'll get them next year. Did I mention I really need braces? Yeah, I REALLY need braces.

So, I think I know what I'm gonna choose, but I want some opinions before I make the final call.

i would choose the braces.

i need braces too but i have to wait since i got into the highschool i wanted that costs alot of money but i have to go to summer school which takes out our vacation moneyy for the summer.

Toughie. My mom would have me do the vacation only because the only person who'd yell at her is my dentist, so yea. But that's my opinion but the vacation would be more fun without braces...

I just got them about 6 months ago :O Wow that's a while ago... They're my evil little plans pals. We HATE EACH OTHER.

Just go about your business yet; Take some of my advice, leave other bits-- That's my advice.

Braces are more important than a trip to Disney. Disney is more fun than braces. I say, if you really need the braces, get the braces, hold off on the trip. Disney isn't going anywhere. Your teeth could if you don't take care of them! So I say braces!

I would pick Disney because you could always get dentures.lol .I would still go with Disney though because my teeth aren't straight and I don't care and some rides might go soon.But it is really your opinion.

Before I read all this, I was swaying towards Disney. Now, I'm back in the middle. Yes, Disney would be more fun and it is not going anywhere. And yes, my teeth do need to be taken care of and are in much need of dental work. Still confused...

Granted I hated mine but I did everything right just so I could get them off before highschool started. Which i did .

Disney isn't going anywhere, unless it grows legs and walks away, but even so you can still catch up to it. Get braces, help save money and go to disney the next year or a few after that.

i HATED them with a passion at first.
then i realized my teeth were finally getting straighter.
yea, i had teeth that did their own thing. wasn't fun.
but, i'm glad i got braces.
my teeth are straighter and disney won't be going anywhere.

i say braces.
hurts at first, but they are amazing.

IMHO health is before happiness. Disney isn't going anywhere, but if you don't start to get your teeth fixed now, you might have braces for even longer.

But that's just my little old opinion.

I actually hate my braces. I've had them for almost four years and they still are not fixed, but I just keep telling myself how great my teeth will look when I'm finally done with them.

I personally would pick the trip, but like others have said, disney will still be there in a year or whenever you go back if you don't go this year. and getting straight teeth will be amazing in the long run. So go with what you think is best for you.
