I understand PRINCESS VIJA. After it started last night my mom called and I figured she just wanted to make sure I was watching tv but instead she tells me that my younger brother is flying out today for some sort of symposium with his vet school. I'm really nervous about retaliation too. I have all of his flight info and I'm going to track it on my computer from take off to landing! I just feel like a nervous wreck. This is not helping my diet at all either! UGGGGHHHH!!!

PS...I would speak Latvian if I knew it. Closest I could come is Russian but that isn't too good.

My BIGGEST worry and stress comes from fear of retaliation right now. I'm afraid to turn away from the TV (especially while Colby is in school) for fear that I'll miss 'something'!

We CANNOT ruin all that we've all worked for by stress eating! First drink a large glass of water or cup of coffee, etc -- then walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes or walk up and down the steps (if you don't have a tm). Then drink some more water (you'll be thirsty by then!). If you still feel like you MUST have 'something' then try to pick something within your program.
