Dumb WDW payment question.....

Please excuse my dumb question....but I have looked & looked & searched & still cannot find where to make my final payment online. I know it is probably in plain sight, but I CANNOT find it. I am so frustrated at this point. I would like to avoid calling to do my final payment, but might have to if I can't figure this out. Grrrr.......Why is it so complicated?! Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I know when I used it last you had to click where it said "details" on the reservation page which brought up the second page not sure if it has changed recently or not.

It's not in plain sight. Someone else found a work around that worked for me... Log into the website. Click on order customized maps (down at the bottom right of the WDW home page.) You will be sent to the old website. At the top, click on "My Reservations". NOT "My Vacation" with the yellow suitcase. It should pull up your reservation. Click on "View Details". There should be a link to "pay balance" about half at down the page. Good Luck!

Unless they changed that recently, I was able to when we went back in December.

I tried without success to find a way to pay - decided to chat online and that's what they told me??? Perhaps I'll try and chat with a different CM later and see if the answer is the same.

Unless changes have been made, you pay your balance on a room only when you check in. You might be able to pay over the phone (never tried it so i don't know), but I've never been able to pay for room only online other than the initial deposit.

I tried the work around and it didn't work for me maybe because we had a room only.
