Dumb Lanyard Question

We are going to WDW on 12-1 and was wondering IF I should wear my plain ole pin trading lanyard from the starter set with my traders and then wear my DL lanyard with the light up MSEP card on it with my keepers as I enjoy wearing some of my keepers too. Last trip just the DD-7 pin traded and enjoyed it with me, this trip we now have hooked my DS-4 and he'll be wearing a few on his AP 100 Years of Magic lanyard, trouble is he already wants to keep all his pins and not trade them.

Anybody else ever wear two lanyards at the same time?

Since AZ Jazzy Jeff isn't around, we'll start off with...."where do you get a dumb lanyard?" What makes one dumb and the other smart?"

Now that I got that out of my system, yes, many people wear two lanyards. It's ok to wear some keepers, and you just tell everyone, "no, those aren't for trade."
Two problems with doing this though...
1. The pins that you want to keep MAY fall off the lanyard, and then you don't have it any more.
2. In the heat of the moment, you might trade it, even though you swore you wouldn't.

Lots of people wear lanyards and don't do any trading as well. You are the master of your pins and the captain of the trading fate. Just remember the number 1 rule....Have Fun.
