Dumb AP voucher question: Best Rate

Hi all,

I'm considering a quick Halloween trip and was going to check AP rates with my voucher. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make sense of the numbers on the bag to log in and check rates.

Could someone help me?

Since it's a voucher, I don't see the numbers needed to log in or am I in the wrong place altogether? Do I log in?

I'm at this website.

I hope I can fit in this trip (and afford it)!!

That is the correct website, but you are past the 120 day window for the best rate program. I read on this board that some are getting AP rates for October via phone. I would call in and see. There is nothing you can book on the passholder website for the end of October currently. If you still want to access the passholder site, the numbers on the top of the back of the card just need to be rearranged to fit in the website you mentioned. First the three letter code in the scroll down menu, next the three digits directly following the three letters. The next three boxes are the date the pass was issued, example 07 19 05 for the 19th of this month. The last box is the tricky one that I initially had difficulty with. It can be anywhere from 1 to 4 numbers long. It is the last group of numbers before the price on the back of the voucher. Mine had two numbers followed by a space then another 2 numbers. You only enter the last set. Example 12 34 would only be entered onto the website as 34. If you have any other questions feel free to post again.

The site is very tempermental. I especially love when they bump you off due to inactivity..lol.. huh? I'm very active when I'm being cut off.

Sometimes when the rates do not come up for a certain resort, I refresh the page. Many times that doesn't work in other areas of the Disney site, but I've been having some luck today with refresh.

But yes, lots of errors and sometimes they kick you out of the AP area and you have to click several pages just to get back in and many times have to log back on in order to do it. I guess that's why it's called beta...lol.
