Ahh...although not to the extent of the main cabin, the cargo compartment is temperature controlled. Your liquids would be more in danger of freezing from outside temperatures while on the ramp rather than in the aircraft.

Regardless, as most have said below, it's not a good idea to pack such things in checked luggage.
