Dues: when are billed and when due

I still have not received my bill(s) for dues. I own at OKW, BCV and SSR. We have a trip planned the week before Christmas. It seems I ran into a problem a few years back---bills sent and not paid--when I checked in. What is the policy? When are bills sent out? Any ideas?

The annual maintenance fee statement usually is sent out the last week in December and is due January 15 or check-in- whichever is earlier. The payment is considered late after February 15. Payment may be made in full by check/credit card or set up to use monthly autodebit from a bank account (there is no interest or additional fee for autodebit).

If you did monthly autodebit in 2005, do they assume you want that again for 2006, or must you re-enroll?

Monthly autodebit will continue; you do not have to re-enroll. However, if your normal debit posting date is the 1st of the month (as mine is), the January debit will not post until the 15th of the month. First of month debits will resume in February.

We have never had any problems in over ten years paying our dues on the automatic monthly plan.
