In the mail one of my seven dues slips is coming today. Sidenote: it's probably good they aren't all on the same day this year. It's the yearly reminder to my wife that we own a lot of DVC points. Aside from this week, all is good there. Even with some of the lower MF resorts, I think our yearly is around $9.5k now (with estimated increases).

Yes I’m sure they will still work, they just aren’t showing due yet, so there is nothing to pay on. Unless I missed it or there is another way to make a payment?

They won't show due until December.

They will have to be approved at the December meetings.

You can prepay if you wish as long as auto pay is turned off you just select to pay per contract and enter the amount you wish to pay.

We will see if other resorts get as big of a percentage increase. If they aren't this could be a one off year.

Luckily sub dues went up less than traditional dues. Sub up .62 traditional up .76

That's brutal, but with the cost of everything else trending the way it is, it feels unsurprising. Hopefully it doesn't keep that trend, but keeping an eye out for mine (Riv / Poly) to see if it's similar.

I don't see Aulani as a precedent to other resorts. It's a completely different market.
