DUES Info! - All resorts dues have been released

On the housekeeping/short-stay thoughts, I also have to think that DVC is unique in the percentage of members who live in Florida, and I suspect most of those members primarily utilize their DVC for short stays. Probably a large percentage of VDH/VGC owners who use VDH/VGC for short-stays too. I suspect, for those reasons alone, a minimum night stay will never be imposed.
I live a little less than an hour away from the parks and we use the majority of our points for 1 night stays. We also try to match up those 1 night stays to nights to when there are extended evening hours for deluxe guests.

Its nice to not have to make the drive home after a long park day but If DVC ever decided to implement an extra fee for people that book short stays, we would absolutely sell our contract.

Ok, gift cards acquired. How do I pay dues with them? Is there an option to just pay with a giftcard in the member account portal? Or do I have to call member services? Also, I have like a dozen different gift cards - does that complicate things? I'm really hoping I can just pay my dues online using my gift cards sequentially.
Sorry I have been off for awhile but it looks like many others have been able to supply the answer for you :)

A minimum-night stay policy would essentially make DVC worthless for anyone who lives within a few hours of Orlando. I would wager that this a significant percentage of DVC owners. In that case, the only use for keeping DVC for those owners would be to use at Aulani or HH, which I don't see many people keeping their WDW resort contract just for those 2 resorts. I don't see that policy happening.

Oh man - you remind me I gotta get in there and do this. I meant to do it last weekend but we had a death in the family. Will be updated soon I promise!
You are the genius that created this. Thank you it's been such a helpful site. Condolences on your loss.

I live a long flight away and I would oppose a minimum-night stay policy.
