DUES Info! - All resorts dues have been released

I use USPS my choice or whatever their program is called where they show you upcoming mail and packages via email daily, and there’s been 0 communication from DVC on the docket. I’m just wondering if I needed to “sign up for” communication so it comes in the mail? I’ve received a few things like magnets and such but never anything official communication wise.
I wonder if you have an email only turned on. Look at your communication preferences

Edit:
I hit send awhile ago but it just posted but at least we know that was the issue

Am I supposed to have received a letter or email about the dues by now? I joined DVC in October 2024 and didn’t get anything regarding the 2025 dues in the mail or via email but figured I would have for 2026. Still nothing either way and 450 points are direct, so it’s not a resale thing.

Go to your account and check to see how you have it set up for condo assocaiton news. Make sure you are signed up to receive things either electronically or in the mail....its possible that you aren't signed up for either?

Yes this is it! I have it set to email only. The real question is why haven’t they emailed then about the dues? Does anyone who has that email know what the subject line was?
I always do mail but I dug through my email and found something. Not sure if this is what everyone receives or not.

Subject: Annual Dues Statement and Privacy Notice Now Available Online
From: Disney Vacation Club Member Accounting <dvcdues@disneyvacationclub.com>

I just checked website under Condo Association News, and my dues notification setting is set to "online", which I'm assuming means that I don't get anything and am expected to look it up on the website on my own.

For dues notifications, it doesn't look like email is even an option - it's either mail or online (paperless)

They won't send the statement with how much you owe via email it will be a notice stating it is posted online I believe like the one I posted earlier.

But then how do you have your notifications set-up?

I'm seeing that, for Condo News, my general notification setting is for "email", and my dues notifications is set to "online" - but I didn't get any kind of message at all - neither in email or in snail mail.

I have mine set for mail only. Not sure my I received an email as my information booklet came in the normal mail.

The dues emails do not typically go out until they are approved and ready in your account. The Condo News emails is what goes out to alert people that the meeting is coming up, which is where they discuss the budget and approve it.

So, you should have gotten somethign about the meeting and registering for it....for the dues notification, it means that you will see them online....you don't get notified specifically when you choose online notification....there should be a notification to the membership, via the Notifications tab in the website, to the group that dues statements are now available.

Finished paying my dues via gift cards. Well, actually I overpaid if it stays the same when we get the bill but only by about $9. I was doing the last bit from memory and messed up slightly. Saved a minimum of 10%. I didn't keep a running tab of what I got each gift card for this year and actually passed up the PayPal deal, the BestBuy deal and the Sam's Club deal plus I'm not impressed with BJ's deal so didn't buy any cards there. Wish I'd done a third round of the Target -used my card, son used his for me and DD would have used hers for me. Loved how easy Google Play deal was. Wiped out all the cards I accumulated so now need some for my January trip. Still have a couple of CC offers good until end of this month.

Do you have the Best Buy offer on any AMEX cards? They just put the Disney $50 cards on sale for $45. It is limited to one digital and one physical per order. We are hoping it resets after 24 hours as it has in years past.

Thanks, ETP! My digital is already transferred to my wallet card (from Disneygiftcard.com) and my physical will supposedly be here tomorrow.
Reset would be great! Used my 2% card for an extra 90 cents -yay.

And, my best buy account was ready to go so very fast and easy purchases. Really hope it resets at least once. I don't need a whole lot for my January trip.

As far as keeping cards on the DGC site, does everyone just delete the ones with cash and keep a record elsewhere? Or do you keep 'loaded' cards there?

I do both. It makes it easier to transfer as I generally only bring 1-2 cards with me on a trip so I can just transfer from ones I have saved online that way. Many state you shouldn't store them on the site because somebody was "hacked" years ago.
I have never had a problem and Disney has instituted where they send a text or email code to you so they would need more than just your password.
