Dues increaseand effect on pts rental price

Do you think the dues increase at all the DVC properties will drive the rental price up from $10? Just curious and inviting opinions.

Not immediately. The rentals prices had started to move up slightly before the down turn in the economy and as soon as the economy recovers a little more, we'll see them start up again I'm sure.

If rises in DVC dues start outstripping the annual increase in room costs at WDW, then perhaps rental demand will decrease.

Who knows???? It's solely about:

SUPPLY AND DEMAND

Regardless of dues increases, if we get MORE owners seeking to rent their points, then the price will go DOWN unless demand also increases ........
