The rentals prices had started to move up slightly before the down turn in the economy and as soon as the economy recovers a little more, we'll see them start up again I'm sure.

It's solely about: SUPPLY AND DEMAND Regardless of dues increases, if we get MORE owners seeking to rent their points, then the price will go DOWN unless demand also increases ........
