Dues due date clearification

No change for SSR? My dues went up $100 from last year!

That post was referring to a change for overpayment of property taxes in 2009 which some owners got a credit toward 2010 dues. SSR owners, from what I am reading, did not have an overpayment of taxes in 2009.
