maybe this is the wrong board - i hope not

i'm a little frustrated with DU and was hoping for some advice. I have been emailing back and forth and in several of my messages I have asked for the agent's opinion on different options and she has never responsed.

My choice of DU was for the expertise and also having someone alwyas on the look-out to lower our costs. Is this unrealistic?

Are they not allowed to give their opinions? I want to benefit from their knowledge and experience! I am very unexperienced at planning a WDW trip and am open to suggestions, there are probably better ways that I just don't know about! That is what I was hoping to get from DU.

What was your experience with DU?

We had a great experience with DU. They got us the teacher's rate at the Dolphin when the hotel told me they didn't have any rooms available at ANY rate for our dates. Our agent answered my e-mails promptly. They also got us any PS we wanted for dinners.
