I have a room only at WL booked through Dreams Unlimited. We're not traveling until late September.
I emailed my TA and asked her to check on availability at BWI because we're thinking about changing resorts. She replied promptly and said she would check on the rate and get back to me.
That was a little over a week ago and I haven't heard back from her yet and I don't know how quickly the standard rooms at BWI fill up.
Is this standard?
By no means is this a slam or complaint about my TA, so far I think she's great. I'm just wondering how long is appropriate to wait for a response. I don't want to be a pest if she's trying to help other customers who's travel dates are closer than mine.
