Does any one know the e-mail address for questions about PS's through DU? Or does anyone know what "Request Submitted" means without getting a Ps confirmation #? It is past the Call in date. Does this mean that I didn't get PS?
 
I would e-mail your travel person. Usually their name@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com . If it is past the call-in date they would know whether the PS has been made or not.

Also all Disney Dining has been changed to a 90 day window (with very few exceptions), so if you were looking at a restaurant that used to have a 120 day window, you will have to wait another 30 days.

Sounds like you may be talking about a reservation booked through the DreamsRES system (i.e. the booking engine for non-Disney owned and operated hotels).

If that is the case you can write to the person handling those PS arrangements through this email address priorityseatings@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com

Please note that this is only for the non-Disney owned hotels - if you booked at a Disney hotel please contact your DU agent and he/she will be happy to help you

Thanks John, That is just what I was looking for. You also answered another question I had and that was does one not get an agent if you book a DD hotel. I really did not know this and want to tell you how gracious Bob has been to take care of me, since technically I was not his "client". He has been wonderful to work with and has answered all my silly questions. I also want to tell you that you did give me the e-mail address yesterday but I deleted it before I copied it to my address book I will now. Thank you and your staff again for all the help and patience. Linda
