I got an e-mail from my agent telling me the free dinning had been applied to my rerservation. It was nice to not have to worry about this and I will continue to use DU for all my Disney trips just for services like this.

DU is absolutely the best! I used them last year for a short stay in April. My TA made a lot of changes for me, booked and then rebooked my ADRs and tried her best to get me an AP discount at CSR. She even went so far as to phone me when she couldn't contact me quickly enough online to let me know what options were available. I wouldn't hesitate to use them. In fact, I booked our cruise thru them for this summer.

I am a die hard DU client and Sue Ellen, my agent is the BEST!!!

She was able to apply the discount code to my already exixting reservation for September and I did not have to worry and stress or be on hold this morning.

Sue Ellen has also booked a big trip in June for me, and been very cheerful through lots of additions and changes as well as a cruise next April.

If any of you are hesitant about trying DU, don't be......ask for Sue Ellen and you will receive top notch service.

Have to agree.

Our TA is Barb. She's always very friendly & helpful, and has always been able to accomodate us -even when people decide to join us at the last minute & everything has to be rearranged.

This is the 4th trip having her as our TA, and we are very satisfied.

Me too! Rhonda was able to add free dining and upgrade me to a deluxe hotel (from a moderate) and I still saved $100... this was all done by 8am this morning!!

DU has never let me down. I have worked with three different agents on four different trips and they have all done a fantastic job.
