DTD Hilton's transportation system

We are leaving 11/6 for 4 days at WDW and staying at the DTD Hilton. DH used Hilton Points to get us a free stay. How is the transporation system to the parks? I called them and they said that the first bus leaves at 8am, that doesn't get us to the park on time for the early extra hour. Any suggestions? We only have 4 days and 4 parks to go to and want to spend most of our time at the parks.

Hilton is a short walk from DTD, check to see when the buses start there, and hop on one to the TTC. If not SSR is just a little further , and can be accesses from a water shuttle from DTD.
