Is it possible to take a bus (from DTD parking) to one of the parks or do they only go to the Disney hotels?

They only service the resorts. If you wish to visit a park, you will need to park your car in that theme park's parking lot. Don't forget, Disney resort guests park free, and days guests only pay once to park. The parking stub is good at all four theme parks for that day.
