DS Potty training update

If anyone remembers, we had a thread on this board several weeks back about that age old dilemma...... potty training. My 2.5 yo DS had poopy anxiety. He wouldn't poop in the potty. He even held it in an would make himself constipated. Many of you kind folks left advice and encouragement.

After 6-8 weeks of encouragement my DS finally gets it. Yes he can poopoo in potty. I don't think we did anything. I think he just finally figured it out.

To those of you that find this intensely boring and irrelevant to WDW., you are probably right. To thoase of you that helped, thanks.

How hard/easy is is to potty train while at WDW? My son just turned 3 and i'm very curious. He's around 75% there now, and i'm just afraid he'll regress. He doesn't like the larger potty's, just his little one.

You know hillbeans - I was was just thinking about this as I was looking through my One step Ahead catalog last night. They have a blow up emergency potty chair in there that seemed pretty perfect for WDW if your child just wouldn't go on the big potties. It has little bags that go inside it and on the edges and you just lift them out and throw them out when the child is done. They show the chils in the back of an SUV using it. It seemed like a pretty decent idea. MY DS likes actually toilets more than his potty seat, but that may change so I was noting it as a thought to keep in mind.
