Glad your son is OK. But I have to wonder too...what good does a 9am lunch do - only a couple hours after breakfast and a LONG way from dinner.
My DS11 has "lunch" at 10:20. But his school day is 7:25-2:15. But still....
Doors can be locked so no one can get *in*, but people inside can still get *out*. The OP's DS & other students are under the impression that the doors are locked so no one can get out of the cafeteria. And if the doors are electric/electronic, if the power goes out, will they work at all?
