drunk man gets arrested trying to talk to a police dog by barking at him

The best part is that he claiming the dog started it yes blame the poor dog not the fact your drunk. So next time you pass a police car with a dog in no matter how tempting it is to try to talk to the dog don't. The case will properly be dropped i hate to see the dog have to take the stand against him and recount what he said to him.

I've spent many an evening sitting around a card table playing poker with dogs, but trying to talk to them is just ridiculous.

Perhaps the man needs a new leash on life. Or, at least a moment to paws and reflect...
