Dropping off rental car at Port Canaveral

Have you done this recently with the strict port arrival times and the Covid testing? I plan on getting a one-way rental, but I'm just trying to figure out how I get the luggage and family to the port, drop off the rental car, get my kids tested, all while following the new Covid rules at the port. Maybe I'm overthinking it it is my first Disney cruise.
