Drop Yachtsman? 50's Prime Time Instead?

Re-evaluating my ADRs and I'm wondering if I should drop Yachtsman? We are already doing Le Cellier, and the more I look at 50's Prime Time, the more I want to go. Don't think my DH will care for the atmosphere, but we like home cooked meals! And the yummy looking smores got me! However, if we cancel Yachtsman and book 50's, that leaves us with another TS...can someone reccomend a good 1TS for good steak? DH loves a good steak, and so do I! Here are my current ADRs and all the ones I'm second guessing!

Planet Hollywood-arrival night, but can be changed, just figured we'd use the $15 voucher and pay OOP.

Trail's End Buffet...we wanted GOOD fried chicken, but if we do 50's that takes care of that!

Yachtsman (questioning that one)

Chef Mickey-this one will stay

Le Cellier (for lunch to use 1TS)

Beaches & Cream-prob pay OOP, although we wouuld all want dessert, so may use a TS credit?

Liberty Tree Tavern on last evening

kids choice one evening, so whatever is available, WITHOUT an ADR

What would you do? Would you book 50's and drop Yachtsman? What other 1TS steak place would you book? Would you pay OOP for Beaches & Cream, or use the DP, I know most say OOP, but don't want to pay $60 OOP for burgers and ice cream, and we would have the extra TS if we drop Yachtsman...what do you think?

Actually I have one more TS if we don't have a night we just wing it, so maybe I'll use that for 50's and keep Yachtsman....what would you all do?

I don't know what kind of "home cooked meal" you're expecting from Prime Time? A Disney restaurant.

Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans I hope! I've heard their fried chicken is good, and it's my favorite food!

I highly recommend Yachtsman. We've been to all of the signature restaurants, and we had the most amazing meal there at the beginning of the month. Here's the review: part one, part two, part three.

IMO, both Prime Time and Beaches & Cream are cheap enough to be done OOP, especially if Yachtsman is the restaurant that you plan to cut.

I know some think it is way too hyped, but we are definitely keeping Le Cellier, especially being it is luch for us, to just use 1TS....Gonna go check out Beaches & Cream menu to see how much it would really cost OOP, like I said, don't wanna pay $60 for burgers and ice cream...maybe we'll just go there for dessert after Fantasmic! as we are doing Le Cellier lunch that day and then just a CS dinner.....ought to be ready for a good dessert after Fantasmic! as long as kids hold up


Oh gosh!! Looking at B&C desserts....SOOOOO many yummy looking ice cream choices....how will I choose?!
