Does Sea World have a drop off and pick-up area?

Yep! When approaching the park, follow the signs for Buses and Taxis (not the main parking lot). That's where you'll go.

Roll in there and there will be a short loop near the sidewalk where the taxis are hanging out. You can drop folks off there. You can also pick up there. When I was a kid, my folks used to drop me off there all the time. Never had any problem, even if they were waiting for quite a while at times.
