Is it possible to get a new remote for our BB8 that we built? I have torn my house apart and cannot find the remote for the life of us. My daughter doesn’t remember the last time she played with it or where. She is of course devastated as that was one of her main purchases from our trip in April

I don't have an answer to your question as far as getting a new remote. However, there is an app you can download. Droid depot app .

Contact guest services. Our remote broke and they sent us a new one. We had to show proof of purchase for them to ship it out. ( Receipt or bank statement) Our remote broke so we had to take some pictures, but I guess you would not because it's lost. Good luck.
