Driving Windsor Hills to DHS/MK

Hello Disney Fans,

I have put in google maps directions for Windsor Hills Resort to both DHS and MK. While I was happy to see that driving time for both are around 10-15 minutes to the parking lots, are there any recommended alternate routes or a "best" route to take from Windsor Hills to both these parks? For example any traffic/construction issues I should be aware of?

I just want to hurry up and get there (not speeding of course!) and can't wait to visit the parks.

Also from MK parking lot should we take monorail or boat to the main entrance?

Seeing your in a hurry and will have to pay for parking anyway $14, (assuming you're not an AP holder) you might want to consider driving to the Contemporary Resort and paying to valet park for the day $12 and walk over to the MK, about 10 minute walk.
