We are spending 5 nights in WDW before our 3 night Wonder cruise. I've read lots of info on these boards and am going to pack seperate suitcases for the World and the cruise. Is it safe to leave our luggage from the earlier part of our trip in our car while we are onboard? Has anyone else done this? We really don't have any other choice as we cannot bring all of that luggage onboard. Is the parking lot monitored 24 hrs. or just certain times? I'm open to any advice!!

I've left stuff in my car several times. Just don't leave any food. You might have surprise visitors in the car if you feed them....ants.

We have left stuff in our car also. We park at the port..never had a problem. It is gated and secure.

We have not left suitcases but we have left other valuable items in our car. We leave it out of anyones view (like in the trunk). I have not had a problem.

I don't have first hand experience ... yet :goodvibes but I did read in a different post that the parking at the port is very safe, but someone said not to leave any food items such as chips or crackers (I know you wouldn't leave anything that could rot in the hot sun) in your car because they have an "ant problem".

oops, sorry! I should have read all the reply's in this post, someone already mentioned the ants above. :rolleyes1
