Driving to Manhattan terminal from CT

Anyone drive from Connecticut / New England states to the Manhattan, NYC cruise terminal?
What terminal / pier is the Disney Magic?
Directions are not very specific. Are the signs clearly marked to parking area?
Sorry for all the questions
I have mobility issues with walking any distance.
Any info would be appreciated.

I have no knowledge to impart, just a bit of sympathy and a (hopefully) tiny bit of comfort. The last time I drove down that way, it looked like they had put a lot of work into making the piers on the west side very very tourist friendly: lots of signs, etc.

We'll be doing the reverse of your trip (from NYC back up to CT) next year, and I still need to figure out how to get a family of 6 with some limited mobility folks back home -- so I'm interested in these answers, too.

We never quite go all the way to the pier when we go down to NYC, but it does always appear well-marked with various signs. Not sure about the parking distance, but I would imagine you can find the parking and terminal on Google Earth to see.

If you come down the West Side Highway the passenger ship terminal (Piers 88-90) is clearly marked. Parking is on the roof of the cruise terminal and there is an escalator down to the check in area.
