driving myself crazy... Dollar?

I should remember this but I'm drawing a blank and it's driving me crazy. I reserved my car with Dollar express and I have checked in with rapid rental. Can I just go to the garage, pick a car in the class I reserved and drive through the window with the lady in it to check my paperwork and keep driving??????

No, with Dollar you stop at the little booth in the parking garage. Your name should be on the tv screen. They will tell you what parking space number to go to to get your car. You then drive to the exit booth and give them your driver's license.

If you aren't happy with the assigned car, you can try to get a different one. I've been able to do this before with a legitimate complaint (car smelled like stale cigarettes)
