Driving from SNA to DL

How long does it take from SNA to HOJO?? We will be picking up a rental car and heading out around 11AM for HOJO. How long will it take?

If you don't run into any traffic problems on the freeways, then about 20 mins.

And how long in the drive from LAX to DL? The flights are cheaper, and we may switch. Thanks.

From SNA to HOJO: 15-20 minutes.

From LAX to HOJO: 40 minutes or more depending on traffic at the time. (It took us about 30 minutes, but we flew in and out on a weekend day to avoid the heavy Mon-Fri freeway traffic and construction.)

We usually fly to LAX because it's cheaper, we take the first flight out of SMF and take the last flight out of LAX to go home. The traffic never seems to be an issue with those times.

For our Jan trip is still cheaper for us to fly to LAX and take the Disneyland Express bus than it is to fly into SNA.
