Driving from NJ-Cape May Lewes Ferry

We have family near Atlantic City (we are in Maine) and drove from there over to take the ferry, did the 113 over to Emporia, then 95. I believe we took the 10AM ferry which meant we did not get going until noon(?). We drove through to Florence, SC, stopping about 7:30pm. The next day we headed out about 8AM, arrived at WDW at 4. Looking back, I would take an earlier ferry and go further south that day. It was the first time we had driven.
