Driving Down This Friday from PA - Need Tips!

HI Everyone - First post here - So i'm driving from "Harrisburg" PA, area to Saratoga springs this Friday. We are taking I-81, to I-77, to I-26 (I think) which then gets to I-95. Was told this route really is much better than taking 95 the whole way. Does anyone have any suggestions for the following:

I'm very concerned about Rest Rooms and Rest stops. Does anyone know Specific places along those routes which are good for stopping, have clean rest rooms ( i already decided to bring Toilet Paper in case, lol). and just good overall stops since I've been told stopping every couple hours is the best way to keep yourself kinda fresh. and maybe a spot to eat if needed.

Does anyone know how the "Toll" situation is? We don't have an EZpass...not sure if we need Quarters/Dimes etc for any random toll booths?

I drive a similar route when we’ve gone down, I always use avoid tolls method in my GPS so I can’t really help with that. Best gas stations I’ve seen on the drive are WaWa, Sheetz and if you want a one of a kind experience Bucees. The state rest areas are pretty typical from what I remember.
