Driving directions to All Star Music Resort?

Our family is driving to WDW on December 30th for the New Years Weekend, and will be staying at the All Star Music Resort. We will be approaching WDW from South Florida via the Florida Turnpike to the Osceola Parkway. Once we enter the WDW, how do we get to the All Star Music Resort? Thanks..

The All-Stars are in the South West/Central part of the Disney property. You can follow the signs to the Animal Kingdom and eventually you'll also see signs to the All-Stars. The All-Stars share an entrance, with Music being the second of the three.

Wow... That map is misleading (unless I'm losing it). The map makes it look like Movies in the middle... Music is in the middle and Movies is the southern most All-Star. No worries, if you make it that far, you'll find it.

Note the McDonalds... It's a good landmark (but sometimes hard to see).

Disney property is BIG and CONFUSING if you are driving. We stayed at the All Star Music too and how we found it every time we would go some where is by using our GPS to find it. Just put the address in your GPS and save it as a favorite spot and go to it every time you need to find it. The address for ASMU is: 1801 West Buena Vista Drive. When inputting the address into GPS choose ORLANDO as the city. Even though it is in Lake Buena Vista Florida, most GPS systems only recognize that address as ORLANDO.

I got all the addresses for resorts and parks prior to going and we used our GPS to find everything, even Downtown Disney.

Here's a tip - once you check in, ask Bell Services for a property map. They have a nice easy-to-read version that will help you get around. Study it a little. Usually the road signs take you to the main highways, but there are smaller side streets to use that are quicker and more direct. They are all marked on the map.

Allears.net has a GPS download with everything at Disney keyed in for you. It works with a few different ones, I think Garmin and Tom Tom at least.

Buena Vista Drive runs from top to bottom at Disney, you can get anywhere from there.

Head toward any road that says Animal Kingdom resorts. The All Stars and Coronado Springs are there. We find the signs at WDW to be very easy to follow. If I can find my way around WDW - anyone can!

The All Star Resorts are together - first is Sports, then Music, last is Movies.

You might be closer to the food court of another All Star - depends on where your room is situated. You can use all 3 - and you can use all pools also.
