Driver fell asleep and smashed us from behind

Definitely a day we should have stayed in bed. We are ok...my head did flop around like a ragdoll...EMTs said I'll probably be sore tomorrow. I already have psoriatic arthritis, so hoping it doesn't aggravate it. Luckily DH saw he coming at us and hit the gas or the impace would have been worse.

Thank you all. Yeah, all the "what if's" go through your mind at a time like this. I felt bad for the driver too, he was very apologetic.

We were just rear-ended a couple days ago too, because of a slick roadway during the rain. The worst thing I was worried about was my 9 month old. It was very minor, everyone was okay, but it still shakes you up, you know?

Oh, having your baby in the car must have been terrifying. I was so glad our "baby" (our bulldog, Winnie) wasn't in the car.

Wow, so glad you all are okay. DH and I had a minor rear-end earlier this year and my back really hurt that day but I was fine the next. Hopefully your pain doesn't stay too long.

I can feel with you: My brandnew convertible was rear-ended twice within four months, fortunately nobody was injured.
