I am going in February and have the counter dining plan for 4 days. I think it includes 2 meals and 2 snacks.. How do drinks come into play with this? Do you just have to pay for them seperately? I know we get the refillable mug but I think that is only when we are at the resort?

A drink is included with each meal. Soft drinks, tea, and coffee.

Above poster is correct. You get a drink with your meal. To add to the list of soda, you can get a bottle of water if you prefer.

What we do if we eat at the resort is use our mug to get a soda and get a bottle of water (to use later) with the meal.
Saves some money on water that way.

Also if you dine at you resort, the included drink can be any of the bottled beverages including juice. If you choose to eat breakfast as one of you CS credits, instead of dessert, you get 2 drinks. We usually got a bottle of juice and a bottle of chocolate milk or 2 juices. Then used the resort mug for coffee, tea or hot cocoa. We were at POFQ so automatically had a minifridge in the room to keep the extra juice or milk.

As of January 1st
the dining plan no longer includes a second beverage at breakfast.

Oh, okay thank you.. Also do any of you know what foods are NOT included as snacks on the plan?

You can also use the snacks for bottles of water or sodas at the carts.
