On a slight budget, no need for shows, which do you all prefer of the above? or a better idea? should we go to boardwalk instead?

thanks all! HAPPY HOLIDAYS

House of Blues!
1/2 price drinks and apps 3-5 and after 10pm

Not anymore. They've taken that off when that chef from Food Network (I don't know his name) changed the menu and the name of HoB.

Raglan Road is good for beer (mm, Guinness) and apps. Bongos is good for mixed drinks and large portions. If you can split a meal with a family member, Bongos has entrees that you can split easily and with a dessert and drink, it should make you full. Raglan Road however, has a appetizer sampler, large enough for two. It includes several of their famous apps for an okay price (26$). They also have smaller portions just for one for under 12 bucks a piece.

Wait...are you saying the House of Blues isn't the House of Blues anymore? :confused3 I have been checking restaurant.com for the gift certificate for there and haven't seen any in a while. If this is the case, what is the name of it now? :tinker:

I'd probably go to Portobello and hit up the meatball bar. Below is from the Disney Parks Blog:

Belly up and take your pick: beef and veal with parsley, spicy pork, chicken with sage or salmon with tarragon. Each is served on a soft mini roll and topped with tomato-basil sauce and freshly grated Parmesan. Affordable too: just $1.95 for a sizeable meatball slider (the salmon is $2.95). Our hands-down fave was the spicy pork. Least favorite was the salmon. Pair with locally brewed and organic beers including ales, European Pilz, Olde Pelican E.P.A. and Blackwater Porter, each $5.95.

Maybe check out restaurant.com, I know House of Blues and Kimonos over at the Swan were on there.

The only thing I would watch out for there is that there is normally a minimum amount you have to spend and often it is limited to certain days of the week.
