I know with any successful weight loss you need to drink the proper amount of water each day, which really isn't the problem. The problem is at night, since starting WW almost 4 weeks ago I have been getting up 2-3 times a night to use the bathroom, so this is really effecting my sleep. I've tried not drinking anything after dinner, but I still have to get up and go. Do others have this problem too?
