Drinking around the world is on my list of things to do this upcoming trip, and my plan is to share most of the drinks, and really slowly take our time around World Showcase. When we first attempted it, we started in mexico, and it took me 3 pavilions to finishing 3/4 of my margarita, there was no way I was continuing to do it. Just take your time, maybe share drinks (so no one gets messy, AND you save money), and be prepared to spend at least $100.00. I also have plans to skip a country here or there, mainly if there's nothing I really want to try.
My plan for this trip goes:
-Mexico: margarita (maybe shared?)
-Skip Norway (continue drinking margarita!)
-China: Peach snap or plum wine (shared)
-Germany: a beer
-Italy: Bellini (continue drinking through America & Japan)
-Skip America & Japan
-Morocco: Sangria or wine (shared)
-France: Grand Marnier slush
-UK: Drink (shared)
-Canada: we have an adr here, so we'll each get our own drink with lunch.
So obviously we're skipping 3 countries, but sometimes it takes a while to drink a drink, they're strong, and especially the frozen ones take some time to get down. Sharing will also really help us not get too messy, and obviously, if this is before lunch, make sure you've eaten a big breakfast!
