This woman has no issue showing her breasts on her public Facebook page. She seems like she is enjoying all the attention.

Why would you go for "sexy" on your child's birthday trip to Chuck E Cheese? The zoo? Buffett?

She looks like she doesn't take care of her body. Nor does she care to do so. A woman looking for attention. A woman ready to embarrass her child so she can show her "sexiness" to others. Quite frankly, someone that does not seem all together in the head.

With that being said, she should not be thrown out of a restaurant with no dress code. It was very wrong to ask her to leave.

Well I mean my husband tells me I look sexy everyday (nearly lol and sorry to all if that's TMI). I guess I need stay inside at all times so I'm not perceived to be going for sexy.

My clothes fit thank you very much not sure I implied they didn't. You missed my turtleneck comment I see. Cleavage is cleavage and unless I wear a turtle neck it's going to show at least some.

The restaurant gets to decide. It's their restaurant. As long as they don't kick someone out based on race or religion, or color or creed or the like, I'm ok with it.

I have always wanted to go to a Golden Corral. I know it gets consistently bad reviews. Maybe that’s the lure. I feel strangely compelled.

Exactly, even if they lack human empathy you'd think they'd at least care about the financial repercussions of discriminating. Not to mention, it's the height of irony for them to discriminate based on weight at a place that is pretty much encouraging people to overeat!

I've never gotten to eat at a GC. DH and I started into one once on vacation when all the other restaurants had lines out the door. As we entered the GC, DH grabbed me by the shoulders and pushed me ahead of himself back out the door. He said it sounded like a school cafeteria with all the noise and he asked, "Didn't you SEE the people"?!!! He's far more particular about where he eats than I am.

Without researching it too far, I'd bet anything that the laws to which this is being added are EMPLOYMENT laws. Section 151B of the Massachusetts General Law is an employment discrimination law....and I stopped researching after that.

When you go back maybe you'll notice the poster who said she'd tell the "low class dirtbag" to clean herself up and present herself with some class.
And then there is the poster who thinks she clearly doesn't want to take care of her body and that she's not right in the head.
And you are right we all make judgments about people everyday, but there is a difference in thinking her outfit isn't flattering and thinking that because she's overweight and show some skin she's a low class dirtbag. What an elitist, nasty thing to think/say.
I have no problem pointing out THAT kind of judgment.
If this woman was being judged (here on this board) for the color of her skin, or her religion, or how she was dressed if she was sexually harassed then people would be jumping all over the 'judgmental attitude", but because it is someone's weight it gets a pass?
