dressing for semi formal night

I was wondering how dressy semi formal night is? What would be good to wear for a teenager? Would a skirt and nice top be ok? Thank you for any ideas!

A skirt and nice top would be perfectly appropriate for your teenager on semi formal night.

And you won't have formal or semiformal nights on the Wonder cruises.
